From now on, exhibitors can register for ANGA Cable 2011, Europe’s leading Trade Fair for Cable, Broadband and Satellite. The application forms are available at www.angacable.com. As the exhibition hall was always fully booked over the past years, a registration is recommended until the end of October.
Next year, the ANGA Cable Show will take place from 3 to 5 May 2011 in Cologne (Germany). In 2010, 395 international exhibitors from 31 countries were present and for the first time more than 15,000 trade visitors attended the show. This signifies a 10 % visitor growth compared to 2009. 43 % of the visitors travelled to Cologne from abroad, this underlines the high internationality of the event.
Dr. Peter Charissé, Managing Director of ANGA Cable: “Also next year, we would like to expand our leading role in Europe. Therefore we use our advantage and combine the high percentage of international trade visitors with the domestic market of 40 million households. The switch-off of the analogue satellite transmission of the German TV channels in April 2012 will create an additional growth in sales for manufacturers of reception technology and set top boxes next year. ANGA Cable Show offers the best possibility to take part in this unique opportunity.“
In 2011, key topics of the show and the congress are Next Generation Access Networks, Interactive TV, Hybrid TV, HDTV, Video on Demand, 3D TV, Analogue Switch-Off and Smart Home.
Additional up-to-date information for exhibitors and visitors is available on our website at www.angacable.com. ANGA Cable is organized by the Association of German Cable Operators (ANGA) and supported by ZVEI (Satellite & Cable).
