Brocade has announced that it is working collaboratively with its extensive partner and channel network at this year’s CeBIT (2nd – 6th March 2010) enabling the company to extend its footprint throughout the show.
IBM, Fujitsu Technology Solutions (FTS) and Pan Dacom all have a high profile Brocade presence on their individual stands, showcasing its range of networking solutions.
• IBM stand A10, Hall 2: showcase Brocade HBAs, the Brocade 8000 FCoE switch and Brocade DCX backbone
• FTS stand C60, Hall 9: the centrepiece of Brocade’s SAN OEM storage solutions will be the ETERNUS DX400 and DX8000, as well as the Brocade director and encryption solutions.
• Pan Dacom, stand 34, Hall 13: showcase a range of Brocade solutions for IP networking.
Ulrich Plechschmidt, Vice President – EMEA at Brocade, stated: “The network has become a mission critical aspect of today's organisation. It is responsible for far more than just enabling the applications that drive business operations. Today's network infrastructures have become complex extensions of business operations that must adapt to rapid growth, data intensive applications, security threats, and new technologies that push the edge of the network.”
“Brocade took the conscious decision to attend CeBIT to demonstrate its best-in-class solutions that help enterprises and service providers build reliable, high-performance IP infrastructures, laying the foundation for next-generation applications. We have therefore partnered with some of the biggest names in the global information technology market to showcase and demonstrate our solutions for the new network,” Plechschmidt added.
